Everstand is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for the Caminos Program to coordinate trauma-informed case management for children in care, ensuring individualized support and timely services within placement and post-release planning.
You will liaison with families, sponsors, internal teams, and external providers, manage assessments and care plans, and maintain thorough documentation while participating in ongoing quality improvement and a flexible schedule that includes evenings.
Under the direction of the Lead Case Manager, the Case Manager coordinates comprehensive, trauma-informed case management services for children in care. This position ensures each child receives individualized support, timely services, and coordinated care throughout their placement and transition to appropriate post-release services.
The Case Manager serves as a key liaison between children, families, sponsors, internal care teams, external providers, and community partners. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, sound judgment, cultural responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Sunday - Thursday 9AM to 5PM
This is a full-time position based primarily in an office, residential, and school environment. Due to the nature of the work, employees may encounter challenging behaviors, including emotional outbursts, physical agitation, or aggression. Staff are expected to respond using trauma-informed approaches, appropriate de-escalation techniques, sound judgment, and established safety procedures.
Schedules are flexible based on program needs and may include evenings and weekends. A flex schedule may be available. The position is non-essential during inclement weather.
Local travel is expected during the business day, with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel.
Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, or lift and move up to 25 pounds.
