Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager Analyst - Field to support members across Miami-Dade County. You will coordinate care, provide education, and connect members with needed services, while monitoring progress and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with providers and internal teams is essential. Requirements include English/Spanish fluency, at least 1 year in behavioral health or long-term care, and a Bachelor’s or non-licensed Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required; language assessments will be passed.
• Experience in behavioral health or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities
