The New York Foundling is seeking a Case Aide to support foster care services in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. You will assist in promoting permanency for children and families, providing advocacy and referrals, and helping families with housing, benefits, and appointments.
Responsibilities include conducting workshops, transporting clients when needed, maintaining documentation, attending meetings, and building a regional resource guide to link families to services post-discharge.

Duties Included but not limited to:
Reports Directly to Regional Administrative Manager for Foster Care Services. Functions as an active, co-participant with the Case Planning Team in providing services to Children and Families. The Case Aide supports the Case Planning team to promote and expediate permanency for our children and families.

High School or GED required; Associates degree in Human Services preferred
