Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC. is actively hiring caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in San Diego North County, La Jolla.

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will help clients live safely and joyfully at home with hourly or 24/7 care, depending on need. Qualifications include dementia/memory care experience, written and spoken Spanish proficiency, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable smartphone with internet.

Qualifications

• Experience with clients who have dementia or memory care needs.
• Proficient in written and spoken Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive the client in their personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with care needs including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Hospice care.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and home organization.
• Provide hourly or 24/7 care based on client needs.
