Must Haves:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the role
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Meet requirements for direct patient care employees
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Successfully complete a Competency Evaluation as per state licensing laws
• Current CPR certification (recommended)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or HHA course
• Basic English proficiency
