Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related area.
• One year human services or social work experience (Master’s in these areas accepted in lieu).
• Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual appointments, group orientations, and program services for Self-Sufficiency Center in English and/or Spanish.
• Assesses and assigns participants to Work Experience Program positions.
• Assist participants with vocational goals, barriers, and supportive services.
• Assist with résumé development, job applications, and job searching.
• Lead Job Readiness Training Program sessions monthly in Jamestown and Dunkirk.
• Provide retention and follow-up services to participants.
• Monitor attendance and compliance; take action as needed; document data.
• Complete required data entry and maintain participant files.
• Prepare and submit reports to program management.
