Job summary

Caring for People Services in Grand Island seeks a Bilingual Care Manager to oversee client care and caregiver services for in-home non-medical support. You will manage a client caseload, conduct assessments, and develop care plans to ensure safe, quality service.

Requirements include fluent English and Spanish, at least two years in supervisory roles, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of education).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least two years in management or supervisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, public health, psychology, nursing, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client caseload and oversee client assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate intake, ongoing service delivery, and discharge from services.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise and support caregivers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and special caregiver/client events.
• Maintain records and communicate with clients, families and providers.
