CJE SeniorLife is seeking a bilingual Care Manager II (Russian speaking) to support Holocaust survivors in Chicago. The role involves assessments, resource coordination, and community linkage across office, home, and remote settings.

The position offers a full-time, hybrid schedule with a salary range of $55,000–$75,000 depending on level (II or Supervisor). Qualifications include a BA and fluent English/Russian, plus 2+ years in social services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in gerontology, social work, psychology, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
• At least 2 years of social services experience.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client caseload and conduct regular assessments.
• Determine eligibility for financial assistance and supportive services.
• Complete timely documentation and case records.
• Provide ongoing case management and resource linkage.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and program activities.
• Support survivor groups or counseling as appropriate.
• Lead or participate in trainings and presentations as opportunities arise.
• Supervise staff and oversee complex cases as a supervisor.
