Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Bilingual Care Coordinator to support children, youth, and families enrolled in the WISe program. This role helps families navigate services, build supportive teams, and work toward goals in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities include care coordination, direct services, and facilitating Child & Family Team meetings, with emphasis on family voice, cultural responsiveness, and collaboration with partners across education,

Qualifications

• BILINGUAL: Spanish and English Fluency required.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health field.
• EXPERIENCE: Entry level (no prior related work experience).
• LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination services for WISe-enrolled children, youth, and families.
• Deliver direct services including family support, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Facilitate Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings to promote family voice and participation.
• Coordinate participation in related meetings (IEP, court, Family Team decisions).
• Develop and maintain Plans of Care reflecting family goals and needs.
• Document services and client progress in accordance with requirements.
