Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Car Wash Manager in Phoenix to oversee daily operations of the Car Wash department, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and top-notch presentation for inventory and customer vehicles.

You will lead Car Wash Attendants, manage workflow in a fast-paced setting, and uphold OSHA compliance while coaching staff to maintain high customer satisfaction and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash, detailing, or related operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage workflow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Car Wash department.
• Supervise and support Car Wash Attendants to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, prepared, and completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor workflow and prioritize sold units and customer vehicles appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate vehicle damage and operational concerns promptly and accurately.
• Monitor inventory and equipment to ensure efficient department operations.
• Schedule and coordinate work assignments based on business needs and staffing levels.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
