Team Focus Insurance Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Underwriter to review applications, inspections, and endorsements and determine risk eligibility within established guidelines. You will support agents and clients with policy forms, coverage, and underwriting decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Personal Lines underwriting, a 2-20 or 4-40 license (or CPCU/CIC), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years underwriting experience in Personal Lines.
• General knowledge of insurance statutes and policies.

Responsabilités

• Review and process applications for personal lines to determine eligibility.
• Analyze applications, inspections and endorsements to make risk decisions.
• Accept or reject applications and determine coverage and endorsements.
• Process cancellations, reinstatements and endorsements with accuracy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple underwriting functions (5+).
• Research complex underwriting issues and provide solutions.
