Job summary

SOS International is seeking a Call Agent for a position contingent upon contract award. In this role, you will respond to incoming calls and perform data entry in support of FEMA disaster activity. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential.

This is a home-based, Independent Contractor position requiring shift work, including weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates must be US Citizens with related experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related job experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have lived in the US for 3 out of the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls during FEMA surge disaster activity.
• Perform data entry for individuals and businesses in support of disaster activity.
• Handle calls with tact and diplomacy, recording information accurately.

Skills

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently or within a team
