Job summary

You will work across Spanish and English communications, maintain archives, and lead revision activities under client guidelines. The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in drafting, CAD, and engineering drawing revision control.
• Experience with drawing management systems and approval workflows in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, edit, and archive drawings and docs per client systems.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and approvals with the client.
• Manage project reporting and coordination via site communication systems.
• Maintain training records and ensure quality procedures.
• Lead drawing revisions in a dynamic environment.
• Provide drafting and coordination support as needed.
