Responsibilities

RTS Carrier Services and Shamrock Trading Corporation are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our sales team. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts, focusing on acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts within the assigned region. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic.

  • Understand and execute all processes from lead generation to closing new accounts.
  • Develop new business deals, negotiate terms, and lead negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities and cross-selling within divisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Use all required processes to maximize yield, aligned with senior management strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Assess market potential, pricing, and profitability, and document new business models.
  • Assist in product marketing, including launches, presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis.
  • Continuously refine sales processes to stay relevant to industry customers.
  • Track metrics for all sales programs and activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business development experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Proven success in professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
  • Experience with high call volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on value analysis.
  • Passion for success and organizational growth.
  • Desire to work in a competitive sales team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Uzbek; proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing with business vocabulary is required.
