Surge Staffing in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a driven Bilingual Branch Manager to lead sales and operations in a multi-site region. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and oversee branch performance while driving profitability.
Fluent Spanish and English required; you will coach staff, visit clients, and ensure exceptional service. A high school diploma is required; 3+ years outside sales experience preferred in staffing or related services.
