Job summary

Beyond Lumber in Gardena, CA is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Inventory Administrator to support day-to-day financial and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and vendor statements, and maintain accurate QuickBooks records while coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Inventory management experience is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process AP/AR and reconcile vendor bills and customer payments.
• Maintain QuickBooks records and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain organized vendor and customer records and assist with reporting.
