Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst who is fluent in English and Spanish to support our Mexico locations and oversee North American billing processes from our Waukegan, IL office.

You will analyze billing data, collaborate with departments, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments across the region.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, fluent written and spoken.
• 2+ years in business process optimization or related area.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for our Billing team in Mexico, improving systems and processes to streamline operations across North America.
• Collaborate with departments to align project goals, provide updates and implement process enhancements.
• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis and provide clear reports and insights.
• Track project milestones to support execution and ensure resources align with deadlines.
• Organize and maintain key project documentation to ensure programs run smoothly.
