Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support administration of employee benefit programs and assist employees with benefit questions. The role involves maintaining Workday enrollments, coordinating with payroll on deductions, and handling relocation and commuter benefits as part of a broader benefits team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ months of admin experience, with 2+ years in benefits or workers’ compensation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ months of administrative experience (internship qualifies).
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, leave of absence, or workers’ compensation preferred.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS system; proficient MS Office especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Assist employees on benefit-related questions via email, phone, walk-ins, and sessions; advise and counsel.
• Maintain eligibility enrollments within Workday and ensure accuracy of deductions with payroll.
• Support relocation, commuter benefits, LOA, workers’ compensation, and onsite clinics including preschool and wellness initiatives.
