Compleat Kidz is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work primarily in home settings, providing essential support for children with Autism. The role involves building strong relationships, implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with BCBAs to ensure effective treatment and positive outcomes.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are at the forefront of creating life-changing experiences for children with Autism. Working in the home environment allows RBTs to build stronger relationships, tailor interventions to everyday routines, and support children in developing the skills they need to thrive. Serving as the eyes and ears of the BCBA, RBTs carry out individualized treatment plans while providing essential feedback to enhance outcomes. Together, RBTs and BCBAs form a powerful team, fostering trust, growth, and hope for the families they serve.
