Job summary

Olive Branch ABA in Austin, Texas is hiring for a compassionate ABA therapist to provide 1:1 ABA sessions in home, clinic, or community settings.

Earn $19.00–$23.00 per hour per diem with a flexible schedule. High School Diploma required; 1+ year experience preferred; Active RBT certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, or community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track client progress and accurately record session data
• Support skill development through positive reinforcement strategies
