Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required
Certification: Active RBT certification required
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Collect and accurately record behavioral data
Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Follow treatment protocols established by the supervising BCBA
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the clinical team
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Active RBT certification required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with children preferred
ABA or autism-related experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
