- Additional $2.00/hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
- Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
- Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and other essential skills
- Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a positive impact on a child's life
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
- Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Physically able to get up and down from the floor and move quickly
- Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Willing to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
- Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
