- Additional $2.00 /hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

What You Will Do:
- Assist children with autism in a supportive environment
- No prior ABA experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Teach through play and follow individualized treatment plans
- Observe, play, and collect data for progress notes
- Help children develop motor, social, and emotional skills
- Work on goals that transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a positive impact on a child's life
Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals with experience in early childhood education, childcare, paraprofessional work, mental health, psychology, or social work
- Paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
- Energetic, playful, creative, and adaptable
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to move easily on and off the floor and work quickly
- Comfortable with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Motivated to learn, work independently, and deliver high-quality care
- Interested in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
