BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to effectively support our diverse client population.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
