Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess clients, oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable to effectively support a diverse client population, with flexible scheduling and strong emphasis on ethical clinical practice.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
