Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services in the United States invites qualified BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate clients, design and implement ABA therapy plans, and monitor progress with families to address behavioral and skill acquisition goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling with two remote days per week, a starting salary of $85,000 annually, a potential bonus of up to $10,000, comprehensive benefits, pet insurance, 401K with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• BACB certification is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Preference for training aligned with BACB experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine programming, frequency, and therapy plan.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plans with long- and short-term objectives.
• Prepare reports requested by insurance and families.
• Arrange parent meetings to sustain communication and training.
• Maintain supervision requirements per week per client.
• Provide targeted caseload hours and document clinical notes.
