Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families across Northwest Indiana in community-based and in-home settings. This hands-on clinical role emphasizes direct community engagement and relationship-building in clients' homes and daily environments.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Indiana LBA licensure active.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery.
