Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in Hammond, IN, serving Northwest Indiana communities. This in-home/community role offers a starting salary of $100,000 per year with performance-based bonuses and a strong support network for clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds active BCBA certification, Indiana LBA licensure (or eligibility), and a background in pediatric ABA.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be active and in good standing.
• Indiana LBA licensure is required or eligible to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with pediatric ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices in community settings.
