Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team part-time in Monmouth County. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising staff.

This hybrid position offers both in-person and telehealth services, ensuring a manageable caseload. Compensation ranges from $90 to $130 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and certification as BCBA are required.
• Experience with ABA practices and supervision training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify target behaviors and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
