Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• 1-3 years of banking customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the correct bank contact.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote additional bank products and services.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking, debit/credit cards, and account transfers.
• Support internal users with password resets and software access.
• Maintain inventory of department supplies and equipment and uphold company policies.
