Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and manage client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess customers’ banking needs, educate them on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing basic transactions, and partnering with branches to serve clients with a digital-first approach. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
