Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach branch employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects.
Develop and execute a branch business plan to drive growth and wallet share.
Identify needs, make referrals, and advise on products and strategies to meet customer objectives.
Build and maintain a network to generate new customer relationships and referrals.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
