Job summary

In Season Jewelry is seeking a B2B Customer Service & Trade Show Coordinator to join our Brickell, Miami team. You will support wholesale customers and sales reps, manage orders, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

The role involves coordinating trade show registrations, booth services, travel, and on-site support, plus post-show follow-up to convert leads into orders. Availability for weekend work and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and vendors.
• Attention to detail in order processing and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale customer support via phone, email, and wholesale platform.
• Process wholesale orders, confirm availability and pricing, track shipments and returns.
• Support sales reps with quotes, orders, and follow-up on requests.
• Maintain accurate account records and pricing information.
• Coordinate trade shows, registrations, booth services, travel, and logistics.
• Organize product samples, catalogs, and show materials.
• Recruit, schedule, and coordinate temporary booth staff.
• Provide on-site show support and post-show lead follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
