Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Deming is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management and assist with day-to-day operations, including in-store services and cashier duties.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will contribute to a friendly, team-driven store environment. You will greet customers, guide merchandise selection, handle phone inquiries, and participate in stock management and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling phone and in-store customers simultaneously.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle store phone inquiries, lookup parts and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions.
• Address customer complaints calmly and resolve issues.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking shelves, and freight receipt.
