DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to join our team. This bilingual (English/Spanish) role focuses on bridging online inquiries to in-store sales, guiding customers with the DARCARS approach, and ensuring follow-up with an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, not remote eligible, and offers training with CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull and manage leads through our CRM.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email.
Serve as the knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
Convert online interest into in-store appointments.
Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
Log all customer interactions in real-time.
Build strong working relationships with dealership personnel.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metrics.
Learn and train with the manufacturer to become an expert.
