Capital Automotive Group in Raleigh is seeking an energetic Bilingual Automotive Fleet Account Representative (Inside Sales) to join our expanding Fleet Management team. This fast-paced role rewards a winning mindset with training, support, and opportunity.

You'll build relationships with business owners and fleet customers, communicating in English and Spanish to drive sales. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, enjoys talking to people, and thrives in a high-energy environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate confidently in both languages.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with VinSolutions or another CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through outbound calls and reach daily activity goals.
• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand vehicle and fleet needs.
• Provide bilingual customer experience in English and Spanish from first contact to close.
• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up using the CRM.
• Collaborate with a team that celebrates wins and supports one another.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships through 50-70 outbound calls each day.
• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to provide a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up using our CRM.
• Collaborate with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports one another.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the first conversation to the final sale.
• Hit goals, earn bonuses, and grow your career.
