• Review renewal lists and claims renewal reports.
• Complete underwriting audits and maintain audit tracking.
• Handle suspense items/flags and communicate with agents regarding missing information.
• Process endorsements within underwriting authority and guidelines.
• Maintain underwriting spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs.
• Respond to inquiries from agents and policyholders regarding underwriting questions.
