Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Review new business, renewal, and endorsement exception reports daily.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and payments per guidelines.
• Clarify underwriting issues with agents and policyholders; escalate when needed.
• Maintain underwriting spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs.
• Provide back-up support and follow company procedures and regulations.
