Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Santa Fe, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management with tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will promote service programs, handle cash and transactions, and assist with daily store operations, including stocking, returns, and in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, ASE certification; Spanish multilingual.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, process payments, and secure cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Stocking shelves, planograms, freight, and daily store tasks.
• Install wipers, test batteries, and other in-store services per training.
• Occasional driving for deliveries if needed.
