Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers, assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Handle cash drawer, process cash/checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory tasks.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
