Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service targets. The role requires familiarity with store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

It can be part-time or full-time with fleet safety certification preferred. Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, meeting personal and store sales goals, performing battery installations and wiper services, and

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
