Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Monroe, GA seeks an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and oversee daily delivery operations. You will ensure accurate orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and supervise the delivery staff to guarantee timely service.

The role requires strong mechanics knowledge, effective communication, and hands-on automotive repair experience. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to support diverse customers and grow with the company.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical background with automotive repair experience.
ASE Certification required.
Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships.
Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts to delivery.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
Complete vehicle inspections and log daily mileages in fleet devices.
Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to provide superior service.
Verify product and warranty parts are billed before checkout.
Handle returns and credits for cores and warranty issues promptly.
Assist on front and retail counters and support backroom duties.
Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
