PYP in Anaheim, CA seeks a customer-focused parts associate to deliver exceptional service at the front counter. You will assist walk-in customers, identify parts using our inventory system, and handle sales and payments.

Bilingual Spanish is required to serve a diverse customer base. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility for weekend shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service background.
• Effective communication skills.
• High School/GED preferred; college coursework desired.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Two to three years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• In-Person Sales: Provide immediate, high-quality service to all walk-in retail and wholesale customers.
• Parts Identification: Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site.
• Sales: Actively manage the front counter area, processing cash and credit transactions using POS systems.
• Yard Coordination: Communicate directly with parts pullers to retrieve parts for customers that want the company to pull their parts for them
• Merchandising & Displays: Set up and maintain physical displays of popular parts to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: Inspect physical parts returned by walk-in customers to verify condition and process credits or warranty claims
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Assumes other duties as assigned
