Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. This role supports the Retail Parts Store and collaborates with Service and Collision Parts departments to ensure parts are identified, located, and sold accurately.

The ideal candidate has experience in an automotive dealership parts department, is bilingual in Spanish/English, and exhibits excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership parts department is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
• Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
• Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area.
