UpCore Solutions is partnering with a thriving multi-location personal injury law firm to hire a Spanish-English bilingual attorney in Charlotte, NC. The attorney will manage a high-volume caseload, communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and draft settlement documents.

Ideal candidates are licensed in North Carolina with 1+ year in personal injury, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and comfort with travel or court appearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of personal injury experience.
• Strong interpersonal and case management skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume caseload and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to resolution.

• Supervise a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff.
• Participate in business development efforts to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal injury law.
• Strong interpersonal and case management skills.
• Comfortable with a high-volume caseload and team leadership.
