Upcoresolutions seeks a Spanish-English bilingual attorney in Charlotte, NC to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. You will communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers, drafting and reviewing negotiation packages, settlements, and liens.

The role requires NC licensure, 1 year PI experience, and strong leadership with the ability to oversee paralegals and support staff in a high-volume environment. Travel and court appearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal injury law.
• Strong interpersonal and case management skills.
• Comfortable with a high-volume caseload and team leadership.
