Northbridge University Kissimmee Campus is seeking an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to oversee programs, student recruitment, education, and retention across campuses.

The role provides leadership to fulfill the college's mission and align academic services with faculty and community needs, supporting planning, organizing, directing, staffing, and evaluating all aspects of the campus academic department.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written, read, and verbal).
• Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the college level.
• Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate programs and activities that support student recruitment, education, and retention.
• Provide leadership to fulfill the mission, objectives, plans, and goals of the college.
• Assist the Dean of Academic Affairs in planning, organizing, directing, staffing, coordinating, and evaluating the campus academic department.
• Ensure support services and academic courses meet the needs of faculty, students, and the community.
