Chase is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker for the Laurel Canyon and Osborne Branch area in Arleta, CA. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, guiding customers through transactions, and promoting digital banking tools.

As an Associate Banker, you will greet clients, open accounts, handle routine transactions, and help clients meet their financial goals, while following all regulatory and bank policies.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients, manage lobby traffic, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships by actively listening and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling following bank policies.
