Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required in role.
• Ability to greet and assist clients in a branch environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to solutions.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling in line with bank policies.
