Job summary

Mobily-LL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a dynamic sales team on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching staff on product knowledge, merchandising, customer service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring store safety and security. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales management experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing successful store sales teams.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Lead and coach sales staff to improve knowledge on phones, accessories and plans.
• Manage merchandising, promotions, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ensure store safety and security.
